High Pressure Suspension Grinder Mill

High pressure Suspension Grinder mill is developed by our general engineer Mr.Bai Yinghui through many years’ hard work on the basis of rich experiences of industrial mills, combining the practical situation of the using condition from many customers. This series mills is our new patent products, especially towards to the need of the grinding industries. And it starts a new page of the high efficiency and low consumption of the grinding machine.

High pressure suspension Grinder mill is mainly used to process the non-flammable and non-explosive material with Moh’s hardness below 9.3 and humidness below 6%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talcum, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, bentonite, coal, etc. in the various industries of metallurgy, building materials, chemical, mining, high way instruction, water and electricity conservancy, etc. And the fineness of the final products can be adjusted from 0.033mm to 0.613mm.

Usage:

• Unique design. In the chamber of the main mill, on the quincunx frame / suspending device, there is the pressure device designed with 1500-2000kg, so under the same power, the capacity will increase 10-30% and the grinding pressure to the materials rises 800-1500 kgf, and the fineness of the final product can reach 1000 mesh.
• High applicability of the raw material and can handle with all kinds of the materials with Moh’s hardness below 9.3
• Dust-catching device completely reach the national standard.
• Roller device adopts the high quality and high efficiency processing techniques, and the lapped type and multilevel sealing promised the good sealing effect.
