

High pressure micro-powder mill is of high efficiency like air current mill, as it is developed basing on our engineer’s long time research on the industrial mills and hydrodynamics theory, thus high cost of application of air current mill in our country ends.
Main Structure: High Pressure Micro-powder Mill mainly consists of main frame of the mill, superfine seperator, cyclone, bag filter and pipes. According to the requirement of the customer, it can be equipped with elevator, hopper, electric control panel, feeder, crusher and other subordinate equipments. In the grinding chamber of the mill, roller assembly hangs on the hanger frame through crosspiece, and the hanger frame joint firmly with main shaft and shovel frame. Pressure spring presses the external part of suspension arm of the roller assembly; making the crosspiece as a catch point, rollers press the inner surface of the ring through compression force of the springs. When the motor runs by means of driving gear, shovels fixed on the shovel frame run with the rollers at the same time; the rollers roll on the inner surface of ring, simultaneously they run around themselves. Seperator drives the impellor rotate by the driving gear of the motor, and the fineness of the final products can be decided by the speed adjustment of the seperator
Working principle: The crushed materials are transferred to the hopper through the elevator, then to the grinding chamber of mill through the vibrating feeder then the materials are put into the space between roller and ring by the shovel for grinding. The blower will blow the air into the grinding chamber, the powder will be flown into the separator for separation, if the size of powder does not meet the requirement, it will fall down for regrinding, the qualified powder will flow into the powder collector with air current. The vapor will exist due to grinding process to material with moisture, and the outer air may be sucked in due to bad seal condition of pipes of the whole system, then the circulating air amout increases. In order to keep the mill operating under negative pressure, the extra air should be released to the autmosphere through the bag deduster.
